Why some pages are hard to read

Many websites pick thin, small type with tight lines to look sleek. For readers with dyslexia, low vision or tired eyes, that styling turns a short article into hard work.

A clearer typeface, a little more space between lines and letters, and softer colors can make the same words feel calmer. The best settings are personal, so try a few.

FAQ

Google Fonts and FontFlex

Are Google Fonts free in FontFlex?

Google Fonts are part of FontFlex Pro. Pro costs $4.99 a week, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, or $24.99 a year (USD; local prices vary). OpenDyslexic and text size are free.

Does this install fonts on my iPhone?

No. FontFlex shows Google Fonts on websites in Safari. It does not add fonts to other apps such as Pages or Notes.

Can I use my own font files?

Yes, with Pro. Import a font file and use it on every website, just like a Google Font.

Why does one site still show its own font?

A few sites block outside fonts or draw text as images. Set a fallback font, or turn FontFlex off for that site.
