About
FontFlex started as Tweak Web Fonts, a small extension built by a developer who found web pages getting harder to read with age. It grew into a reading tool used by people with dyslexia, low vision and eye strain. Safari’s own options (Page Zoom and Reader) either scale the whole page or only work on some articles; FontFlex changes the real text on every site.
Key features
- OpenDyslexic on every website, free
- 1,900+ Google Fonts and custom font upload (Pro)
- Minimum text size, line height, letter spacing and weight
- Text and background colors, with separate dark mode colors
- Per-website profiles, iCloud sync, and a live-preview settings screen called Studio
