Privacy Policy

The Safari extension

To change fonts, Safari gives the FontFlex extension access to the pages you open. The extension uses that access only to restyle text on your device. It does not record, collect or send the addresses or contents of the pages you visit.

Your settings (fonts, colors, profiles and the list of websites you exclude) are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, Apple stores them in your iCloud account so they match across your devices. We cannot read them.

The FontFlex app

• Usage analytics (Google Firebase Analytics). The app records which screens and settings are used, for example “changed font size” or “opened the paywall”, so we can improve it. Events are linked to a random identifier for this app on your device (Apple’s identifier for vendor), not to your name or email. Browsing history and page contents are never included.
• Crash reports (Sentry). If the app crashes, a technical report is sent so we can fix the bug.
• Purchases (RevenueCat and Apple). To unlock Pro, the app keeps an anonymous user ID and your purchase status. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details.
• Feedback. If you send feedback from the app, it is stored in Apple CloudKit along with anything you chose to include.

FontFlex For Schools does not send usage analytics.

This website

fontflex.sufiyanyasa.com uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages help people and measure clicks to the App Store. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga. Google receives your IP address to estimate your city and country and does not store it.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you choose Accept. Until then, Google receives only cookieless signals with no identifier. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default; you can block it with any content blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

The site also sets a small ff_region cookie that records only whether you are in a region that needs the consent banner. It contains no identifier.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data.
• Show ads or share data with ad networks.
• Collect the addresses or contents of the websites you read.

Links to other sites

This site and the app link to other websites, such as the App Store. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave FontFlex.

Children

FontFlex does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

You can reset the analytics identifier by deleting and reinstalling the app, turn off iCloud sync in the app, and ask us to delete any feedback you have sent. Email me@sufiyanyasa.com for any privacy request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
